Boxing Foundations Course

10-Session Private Coaching Program

Boxing Foundations is a structured introduction to boxing for new clients. The program is designed to establish safe, repeatable technique before intensity or volume increases.

Over ten private sessions, clients learn the core technical elements required to train effectively, with emphasis on mechanics, balance, and controlled progression.


What the program covers

Stance, posture, and balance
Clients learn how to stand, move, and distribute weight correctly to maintain balance and reduce strain on joints.

Footwork and movement patterns
Foundational steps, pivots, and directional movement are introduced to build coordination and efficient positioning.

Punch mechanics and basic combinations
Instruction focuses on proper alignment, rotation, and timing to generate power safely and consistently.

Defensive awareness
Clients are introduced to basic defensive concepts and positioning to develop control and confidence while training.

Conditioning appropriate to boxing
Training includes boxing-specific conditioning that supports technique without unnecessary fatigue or risk.

Structured practice and pacing
Sessions are designed to progress deliberately, reinforcing good habits and avoiding rushed or chaotic training.

Boxing Foundations serves as the entry point for most new clients. Upon completion, training cadence and next steps are discussed based on individual goals, schedule, and availability.
